Head of Quality Assurance & Standards, Financial Crime

Donna is the Head of Quality Assurance and Standards within the Financial Crime Hub in Digital X within NatWest. She joined the bank in 2005, having previously worked in finance roles within the Motor Industry and Technology after qualifying as a Chartered Management Accountant. Donna has a diverse background within NatWest, with experience ranging from finance, change delivery, programme management and Internal Audit prior to moving to Financial Crime in 2018, where she combines financial crime expertise with leadership of a large function. Her passion for Financial Crime led to her completing a Master of Science degree, graduating from Manchester University in July 2023
