Head of Financial Crimes Data and Analytics

Jeremy is Head of Financial Crime Analytics at Nationwide, where he looks after the analytics and data in financial crime processes such as transaction monitoring, customer risk assessment, customer and sanctions screening. With over 15 years working within the economic crime sector, Jeremy’s career has seen him move through a range of technology, data and consulting roles where he has built up a deep expertise on how firms adopt the best practices to maximise their data with the right technology, in order to prevent and detect criminal activity. The research and analytical skills Jeremy developed during his PhD have stood him in great stead to understand challenges and find innovative solutions within a compliant framework. Jeremy has thoroughly enjoyed his first two years at such a purpose-led organisation as Nationwide, seeing it already go through much transformation, and he is excited to be joining the panel London to talk about his take on current market trends.
